No physical goods
TheTourKo is software delivered over the internet. We do not ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses.
How you receive the Service
- Free plan: available as soon as you create an account and confirm your email address.
- Paid plans: active on your workspace as soon as payment is confirmed (or, for plans arranged on request, as soon as we approve them), usually within minutes. We confirm by email to the account owner.
- Chrome recorder: downloaded from the app (and the Chrome Web Store once listed) and connected to your account.
- Invoices and receipts: sent by email.
If something doesn't arrive
If a paid plan isn't active within 24 hours of payment, or a confirmation email doesn't arrive (check spam first), write to [email protected] and we will sort it out.
